We believe young children should learn in a completely safe, tracker-free environment. We do NOT collect, store, or share any personal information from children, including:

• Names, ages, or dates of birth
• Physical addresses, email addresses, or phone numbers
• Photos, voice recordings, or videos
• Precise GPS location data
• Contacts, camera, or microphone access

2. Information Automatically Processed

To provide core application functionality, the app operates almost entirely on-device:

• Audio & Speech Synthesis: The app utilizes Apple's native AVSpeechSynthesizer on-device to read vocabulary words aloud. No speech data or audio is recorded, transmitted, or stored on external servers.
• Learning Progress & Settings: All category progress, volume preferences, language selections, and game configurations are saved strictly on your local device (via UserDefaults).

3. Parental Gate & In-App Purchases

Our app offers optional one-time in-app purchases through Apple StoreKit to unlock additional vocabulary categories. To protect children from unauthorized transactions or setting modifications:

• All commercial links and purchase screens are strictly guarded by a Parental Gate (an arithmetic challenge designed for adults).
• We do not process credit card or banking information directly; all financial transactions are processed securely through Apple Inc.

4. Advertising (If Applicable)

If banner advertising is served in the free tier of the app:

• We use Google Mobile Ads SDK configured strictly under the Family / Children's Policy (tagged for child-directed treatment - COPPA compliant).
• We do NOT track users across third-party websites or serve personalized/interest-based behavioral advertisements to children.
• Upgrading to the Pro lifetime account permanently removes all advertisements.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

The app may interface with trusted third-party SDKs that assist with standard infrastructure:

• Apple StoreKit: Handles secure on-device in-app purchase verification and transaction management.
• Google AdMob: Serves non-personalized, family-appropriate banner ads in compliance with COPPA.

6. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

Our application adheres to the COPPA Rule. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe your child has inadvertently provided us with any personal data, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.
